Meet the Renalogic Executive Team

Lisa Greenblott

President and CEO

Lisa Greenblott has been associated with Renalogic and affiliates since 2000 when she became the Director of Operations.  In December 2008, Lisa became President and Chief Executive Officer of Renalogic.  Her role as CEO includes creating and developing the company’s new product initiatives, bringing focused and strategic insight for the tactical delivery of products and services and bringing to bear a host of internal business process improvements. Lisa places a high priority on Renalogic’s ability to demonstrate and carry out its mission and vision. She has been instrumental in leading Renalogic’s development of core values that reflect its commitment to its clients and the industry, as well as creating a diverse and satisfying work experience for Renalogic’s growing employee base.

Lisa has been a longstanding member of SIIA (Self-Insurance Institute of America, Inc.).  She was instrumental in promoting Renalogic as one of the first cost containment/consultant Diamond members of SIIA.  She is also a long standing member of HCAA (Health Care Administrators Association).  Lisa also is an active advocate and supporter within the self-insured community to help promote industry initiatives.  

 

Sally Reppucci

Executive Vice President, Operations and Technology

Sally Reppucci joined Renalogic in early 2010, bringing a broad range of experience in health care project and program management, health plan operations, and information technology. Her experience with Tufts Health Plan, Fallon Community Health Plan, and as a Principal Consultant at a national IT consultancy has provided her with over ten years of direct project management experience in executing organizational-wide strategic business initiatives, systems implementations, and managing large, complex programs in both non-profit and for-profit sectors. 

A change agent by nature, Sally has proven expertise in business process development/re-engineering across a variety of industries. Sally’s role as EVP of Operations and Technology at Renalogic is focused on creating a superior customer experience through the implementation of process and technology. We believe this to be an unsurpassed added value for Renalogic’s customers, their clients and members.

 

Shelley Grace

Executive Vice President of Sales and Market Development

Shelley joined Renalogic in July of 2013 with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and consulting, primarily in healthcare. She brings extensive senior leadership experience specializing in developing and leading high performing sales and marketing teams. Shelley’s experience bringing innovative new products to the healthcare marketplace has proved invaluable as Renalogic continues to grow its customer base with their expanded suite of renal disease prediction and management services 

Before joining Renalogic, Shelley was a Vice President of Business Development for Optum. Prior to that she held roles as Vice President of Sales for ThreeWire, a life sciences services company and Nightingale, an international Electronic Health Records organization.

 

Jay Ginsberg, MD, MMM

Chief Medical Officer

Jay Ginsberg graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with his MD in 1977.  Following an internal medicine residency he completed a fellowship in nephrology at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University in 1982.  He then began a nephrology practice in Southeastern Connecticut, which is now the most respected group of kidney specialists in the area.  He has directed the group’s growth to its current size of 6 providers.  In addition he has been medical director of two dialysis units which he has helped grow from a population of 30 patients to nearly 200.  These facilities have active programs of in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.

In 2012 Dr. Ginsberg received a Masters of Medical Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University. 

Dr. Ginsberg has a longstanding interest in improving the quality of care for nephrology patients.  Among other positions he has served as Chairperson of the Medical Review Board of the Network of New England and Chairperson of the Medical Advisory Council to the Forum of Networks.

John R. Christiansen

Chief Legal Officer

John R. Christiansen has practiced law since 1985, with an emphasis on health care issues since the early 1990s. After practicing in large, national law firm and consulting firm environments for many years, John established his own law firm in 2005 in order to practice more flexibly and serve his clients more directly and personally.

John has been legal counsel to Renalogic since it was founded in 2002, and serves as its Chief Legal Officer (“CLO”). As CLO he is responsible for the full range of company legal issues, as well as legal research and analysis, support and quality assurance in the development and implementation of the Company’s services. This includes expert support and analysis on all issues related to dialysis cost containment and chronic kidney disease management, from ERISA plan administration and appeals, to PPACA reforms affecting cost containment options, Medicare Secondary Payor, state licensing and payment laws, and PPO and other network contract drafting and interpretation. 

 

Elizabeth Byczek

Chief Financial Officer

Elizabeth has served Renalogic in a number of different capacities since 2009. She is currently serving as Renalogic’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Her role is centered on the financial strategy and management to foster the long term financial strength of the organization.  Her experience and dedication to her field bring a valuable outside perspective to key strategic initiatives and opportunities.  Elizabeth’s successful financial leadership of Renalogic is demonstrated in her continual efforts to strengthen and improve the financial soundness of the organization. This focus has created an excellent platform to support current and future strategic initiatives. Her ability to be an innovative financial leader has strengthened Renalogic’s position in the healthcare industry as well as its ability to provide innovative solutions for their clients.  Elizabeth is a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  She received her Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
